A Thing

Everything has a thing. A thing is part of us, humans, some subtle others obvious…

Some, the more you try to hide and deny you lack them the more they are conspicuous, like pregnancy. So the best advice on offer is always to admit and work on them, like my claustrophobic nature that made me use an elevator. It felt like my viscera dangling as a pendulum swing tick-tock-ing my life-time. Ecstatic!

Just read on, please… and enjoy!

Every bloke has a thing

Mine’s sin

Every hero has a thing

Mine’s nubile

Every shoe has a thing

Mine’s laces

Every Blogger has a thing

Mine’s writer’s bloc

Every drunk has a thing

Mine’s wino

Every government has a thing

Mine’s corruption

Every fruit has a thing

Mine’s sour

Every pervert has a thing

Mine’s Rabelaisian

Every police has a thing

Mine’s bribe

Every watch has a thing

Mine’s timed

Every celeb has a thing

Mine’s hype

Every verse has a thing

Mine’s inspired

Every luminescence has a thing

Mine’s diminutive

Every currency has a thing

Mine’s value

Every comment has a thing

Mine’s vitriol

Every cheque has a thing

Mine’s zeros

Every sieve has a thing

Mine’s holey

Every heart has a thing

Mine’s faint

Every schedule has a thing

Mine’s grueling

Every blog-post has a thing

Mine’s felicitous

Every occupation has a thing

Mine’s redundancy

Every Regina has a thing

Mine’s Rex

Every life has a thing

Mine’s bereavement

Every beginning has a thing

Mine’s end.

The Thing here is human weaknesses, if you haven’t noticed…
